The research group Data Mining at the Faculty of Computer Science is looking for a highly motivated staff. We are offering an excellent working environment in a young, creative and international team. You will contribute to fascinating data mining projects offering the possibility to take over responsibility at an early stage, to publish the results at leading international conferences and to exchange ideas with international and interdisciplinary cooperation partners. Duration of contract: 4 years

Duties include:
Participation in research.
International publishing and presentation activities.
Preparation of a habilitation is possible.
Participation in project application, external fundraising and project management.
Holding classes due to extent regulations of wage agreement.
Participation in administration of the research group.

Research topics are:
Exploratory Data Mining.
Clustering.
Information-theoretic methods.
Integration of data; High-performance Data Mining on modern hardware. Duties include:
