The employed assistant professor can be reappointed only once, based on the review of the achievement and progress on the research during the term.
If the achievements and abilities of education and research are appropriate as a lecturer (or associated professor) by the evaluation, the employed assistant professor can be promoted to a lecturer (tenure).
