Toward establishing a sustainable and sound resource-recycling society, the creation of functional and environmentally friendly energy saving materials is required. Therefore, we are seeking researchers who can contribute to resolving the R&D issues of creation, analysis, and development of advanced high-performance functional materials. In particular, we are seeking researchers who will (1) promote the development of measurement technology for nanofabrication processes as well as the research on novel nanomaterials and nanodevices using such measurement technology and (2) oversee technical support using shared equipment for nanofabrication processes.
The applicant is expected to (1) carry out research on measurement technology for nanofabrication processes and nanodevices at the Section of Nanofabrication and Characterization of AMTC, (2) operate and maintain shared research facilities for advanced technology, and (3) oversee the microfabrication platform project supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In addition, the applicant will be in charge of the education and supervision of students of the Graduate School of Engineering, in courses managed jointly with the Department of Electronics, Graduate School of Engineering.
