The Institute for Cosmic Ray Research (ICRR), The University of Tokyo, Japan, invites applications for an Associate Professor position at Kamioka Observatory. The successful applicant should be proficient in Japanese and will conduct research for the Hyper-Kamiokande and the Super-Kamiokande Gadolinium projects.

Benefits

Working Hours: Discretionary labor system,based on 7 hours,45 minutes per day, or 38 hours 45 minutes per week.

Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays; Statutory public holidays of Japan; Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 through January 3).

Salary and Benefits: Determined according to the University Rules, depending on the appointee's experiences etc.

Available insurances: The Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology Mutual Aid Association and employment insurance.
