Nagasaki University of Foreign Studies,which was originally founded by Nagasaki YMCA in 1945, is seeking one Lecturer to teach English language and related courses from the following possible areas: English conversation, composition, current topics, culture, speech, debate, and drama. Other responsibilities may include cooperation with giving placement and exit examinations, preparing students for speech, drama, or debate competitions, and participation in events for student recruitment.

Teaching Load:
Ten 90-minute classes per week,per semester

Starting Date:
April 1,2020

Benefits

Monthly salary: 315,000yen (MA), 330,000yen (PhD) + housing and transportation allowance and reserch budget
(1) Saturdays and Sundays
(2) National Holidays
(3) The School Anniversary (December 1)
(4) Christmas (December 25)
(5) New Year's Holiday (December 29 –January 5 the following year)
(6) Other days established by the Employer

The Employee must join the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan. However, the premium on participation shall be the burden ratio of the Employer 50%, the Employee 50%, and deducted from monthly salary.
