Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Biology (ASHBi) was launched in October 2018 with funding from the World Premier International Research Center Initiative (WPI) Program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).

[Job details (duties, subject responsible for, etc.)]
Immunology group (Ueno's group) will perform transcriptome, epigenome, and functional analysis
of human primary cells isolated from human samples. The candidate is expected to perform high-level
research and act as the leading researcher in human biology and the related fields. Researchers highly
experienced with cell omics analysis, cell isolation from tissues, and/or in vitro cell culture system are
desired.

Five (5) working days per week (days off: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Foundation Day, and summer vacation, as per University guidelines)
Working hours: 38 hours 45 minutes per week under a discretionary labor system.
Paid annually in compliance with the rules of Kyoto University.
No allowance (such as for commuting, housing, bonuses, etc.) will be provided.
