[Research field]
Micro/nano fabrication techniques and related applications to devices and systems. Fabrication techniques include the combination with the precision machining for surface microstructures. Device level scopes include MEMS sensors and actuators, optical measurement and telecommunication, silicon photonics, energy harvesting and energy-management applications. System level scopes include IoT, bio, and robot applications.
