Outline

Institute of Human Genetics PAS is implementing a project within PROM Programme International scholarship exchange of doctoral students and academic staff.

The programme enables participation in short forms of education - study visits connected to participation in training week (in time period 18th  – 22th  May, 2020) aimed at improving competences and qualifications.

What is funded

The project provides financial support (scholarships) for participants including living allowance and flat rate for travel expenses (living allowance: 4840 PLN, ~ 1125 EUR, travel: 1000 - 5000 PLN, ~ 230 - 1150 EUR). The participant will be required to sign scholarship agreement and meet other requirements of the project. 

Duration

7 or 14 days (including travel) in time periof 17th - 23th May 2020

Eligibility

Formal criteria: Doctoral students - 3rd cycle student (genetic, biological, medical or similar sciences), age under 40, good English language skills. Status of the candidate and language skills have to be confirmed by sending institution. 

Substantive criteria:

a) the importance of participation in mobility for the purposes of the doctoral dissertation/research (0-6 points);

b) the importance of participation in study visit for the applicant's scientific and professional development (0-3 points).

The programme is co-financed by the European Social Fund within the framework of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, a non-competition project entitled ‘International scholarship exchange of doctoral students and academic staff’ , implemented within the framework of the Action specified in the application for project  No. POWR.03.03.03.00-00-00-PN13/18.
