Yasar University UNESCO Chair on International Migration (Izmir, Turkey) welcomes visiting researhers who are funded by H2020/Marie Sklodowska actions and working specifically on migration and refugee studies.
The Chair aims to promote an integrated system of research, training, information and documentation on international migration. It encompasses a cooperation platform where public institutions, universities and NGOs are closely working together. Activities briefly include; conducting research and projects on several dimensions of migration, publishing policy briefs, sharing good practices and promoting dialogue between migrants and local societies. The Chair also publishes UNESCO Chair Policy Brief Series regularly online (ISSN 2619-9440).

2221 - Fellowships for Visiting Scientists and Scientists on Sabbatical Leave
The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) grants fellowships for international scientists/researchers who would like to give workshops/conferences/lectures, or conduct R&D activities in Turkey.
Three types of visit are granted within this program:
1. Visiting Scientists/researchers on Short-term (up to 1 month)
2. Visiting Scientists/researchers on Long term (up to 12 months)
3. Scientists/researchers on SABBATICAL LEAVE (from 3 months to 12 months)
